I work from home which is strewn with half drunk cups of tea and books.
I have a beautiful garden with over 100 rose bushes and a dog with anxiety issues.
I love to travel to busy destinations that are filled with people and life.
I am a mum and a wife.
I am friendly, talkative and you will feel that you know me from the start.
I never wear skirts or dresses, how on earth can I climb trees and jump rocks and get into all sorts of interesting places to take amazing photos when I have to worry about a dress?

I live in Castle Hill, Sydney, but my photography takes me all over New South Wales and beyond. I love to travel and explore new places. I shoot a lot of weddings on Central Coast.
I have been taking people photos for about 10 years now, but in the last 4 years I have seriously committed myself to growing the wedding side of my photography business and it is a joyful and exciting ride. My business has grown and grown, and I have been fortunate to meet many amazing clients as well as photographers.
My aim was always to be the kind of people photographer that I would love to hire myself to shoot my wedding or to photograph my own family. I am confident, talkative and happy. Clients often comment that they feel comfortable with me and it seems like they have known me for years. I understand the dread that people often feel at the thought of having to pose for portraits and it is my job to make you feel relaxed. Let me assure you, that the days when everyone was lined up evenly and told to smile on queue are long gone! Things are a lot more relaxed now and a lot more fun!
My style of portraiture is called lifestyle photography, which is photographers speak for being photographed somewhere that you love to be, and just being in a relaxed state of mind and chilling. We talk, we giggle, you answer some silly questions and the kids get amused with toys and surprises. We walk around, explore a little or just hang out at your home, doing what comes naturally. I guide you all the way, you never have to wonder if you are 'doing it right'. I click click click. Before you realise, amazing, natural photos have been taken of you and your loved ones. It's easy!
Your job is finished and mine has just begun. All the photos are enhanced, edited and photoshopped to make everyone look their best, to boost colours and add a little bit of portrait magic. Voila!
I am an emerging member of Australian Institute of Professional Photography. I hold full Public Liability Insurance which is required by most event venues as well as a current Working with Children Permit.
My gear includes: Canon 5D MK III and Canon 5D MKII, and a selection of professional lenses to cover all possible shooting situations as well as Canon flash heads. ( Why am I adding this? because people ask me, so here it is, lol).
